Jana always knew she wanted her own business. She worked over 13 years in finance and banking before she found her inspiration brought about by a challenge in finding a cleaning company to maintain her bank branch to her and the institution standards. Jana started a cleaning business on the side and soon learned that the industry was plagued by a stigma of poor service brought about by low wages, low standards and poor communication between employees, employer and clients.

Jana jumped in full time realizing she could and would do things differently. She grew her core business to focus on her relationship with her employees and clients. She is known for doing things the “right” way. She has continued to grow and over time has embarked on a journey to change the perception around cleaning companies and their employees serving as a strong female leader and giving back to her community.  

Jana is recognized as one of 100 Women to Know in Arizona, serves on the Board of the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and actively supports non profits including women’s shelters and rehab facilities to make a meaningful difference in her community.   Jana continues to educate her team, her clients and community that it's not merely about aesthetics, it is about respect for one another and the environment people spend so much time in.  Jana is an innovator in her industry and continues to empower her employees and clients through processes and technology that allow for fluid communication. Better communication has resulted in helping her move toward her goal of leading the commercial cleaning industry into a new era where dedicated cleaners are celebrated as professionals who take pride and find joy in their vocation, and where this respect and dedication are reflected in every space her team cleans.
